The submersible slurry pump is mainly designed and refitted from the traditional slurry pump in order to adapt to the complex slurry transportation environment.
From the design point of view, all slurry pumps can be modified into submersible slurry pumps, which operate directly under the liquid.
Its submerged depth is mainly limited by the seal, because with the increase of submerged depth and pressure, it may lead to seal failure.
At present, the operating depth of our submersible pump is about 25 meters, which can maintain the stability of our industrial pump.
1、 Difference between submersible slurry pump and submerged slurry pump:
1. The submersible slurry pump works by immersing the slurry pump and motor directly into the liquid without additional fixed support, while the submerged slurry pump generally needs to be fixed, and the motor is above the liquid level when the submerged slurry pump is running.
2. At present, the maximum working depth of submersible slurry pump is 25m, the standard maximum depth of submerged slurry pump is 1.8m, and the maximum design depth of our company can reach 10m.
3. The stability of submersible slurry pump is higher than that of long shaft submerged slurry pump;
4. The submersible slurry pump is more convenient to use, as long as it is placed under the liquid, and there is no need to make a floating frame or support.
2、 Characteristics of submersible slurry pump
1. The whole machine is a dry motor lower pump structure. The motor is protected by mechanical seal, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the inner cavity of the motor.
2. In addition to the main impeller, it is also equipped with a stirring impeller, which can stir the slag settled at the bottom into turbulence and extract it.
3. The impeller, mixing impeller and other main flow passage parts are made of high wear-resistant materials, which are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non clogging and strong sewage discharge capacity, and can effectively pass through large solid particles. Not limited by suction range, high slag suction efficiency and more thorough desilting.
4. No auxiliary vacuum pump is required, the investment is lower, no auxiliary mixing or spraying device is required, and the operation is easier.
5. When the motor is submerged, there is no need to build complex ground protection and fixed devices, which makes it easier to manage;
6. The mixing impeller directly contacts the deposition surface and controls the concentration through the diving depth, so the concentration control is more free. The equipment works directly underwater without noise and vibration, and the site is cleaner.
