混流泵 开机前的检查

<1>用手盘动电动机联轴器，检查转动能否灵敏，有无轻重小平均或摩擦的觉得。

<2>检查轴承;对滚动轴承检查光滑油油（脂）能否在显现窗指示位置，对橡胶轴承检查上部冷却水光滑能否准备好。

<3>检查各部衔接螺栓能否全部拧紧，有无松动的现象。

<4>检查进出水流道及进水池有无杂物梗塞，如有应及时扫除。

<5>检查仪器、仪表局部能否正常，检查电源电压能否到达额定电压<380v>。电源电压最低不得低于额定电压5%,最高不得超越额定电压10%。

<6>检查集水池水位深度能否契合请求。泵站最低水位不得低于水泵根底梁下外表。

 

Inspection before startup of mixed flow pump

<1> Turn the motor coupling by hand to check whether the rotation is flexible and whether there is a sense of even weight or friction.

<2> Check the bearing; Check whether the lubricating oil (grease) of the rolling bearing is at the indicated position of the display window, and check whether the upper cooling water lubrication of the rubber bearing is ready.

<3> Check whether all connecting bolts of each part are tightened and whether they are loose.

<4> Check whether there are sundries blocking the water inlet and outlet channels and the water inlet pool. If there are, remove them in time.

<5> Check whether the instruments and meters are normal and whether the power supply voltage reaches the rated voltage <380v>. The minimum power supply voltage shall not be less than 5% of the rated voltage and the maximum power supply voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.

<6> Check whether the water level depth of the sump meets the requirements. The minimum water level of the pump station shall not be lower than the lower surface of the pump foundation beam.
