渣浆泵安装时应进行以下核对：
(1)基础的尺寸、位置、标高应符合设计要求，地脚螺栓必须恰当和正确地固定在混凝土地基中，机器不应有缺件、损坏或锈蚀等情况；
(2)根据渣浆泵所输送介质的特性，必要时应该核对主要零件、轴密封件和垫片的材质；
(3)渣浆泵的找平、找正工作应符合设备技术的规定。若无规定时，应符合现行国家标准《机械设备安装工程施工及验收通用规范》的规定；
(4)所有与渣浆泵连接的管道、管件的安装以及润滑油管道的清洗要求应符合相关国家标准的规定。
The following checks shall be made during the installation of the slurry pump:
(1) The size, position and elevation of the foundation shall meet the design requirements. The foundation bolts must be properly and correctly fixed in the concrete foundation. The machine shall not be missing, damaged or rusted;
(2) According to the characteristics of the medium conveyed by the slurry pump, the materials of the main parts, shaft seals and gaskets shall be checked if necessary;
(3) The leveling and alignment of the slurry pump shall meet the requirements of equipment technology. If there is no provision, it shall comply with the current national standard general code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering;
(4) The installation of all pipes and fittings connected with the slurry pump and the cleaning requirements of the lubricating oil pipes shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards.
