Install the pump

1。 Check the pump and motor after unpacking. If it is confirmed that there is no damage and loose fastening connection caused by loading, unloading and transportation, the inlet and outlet of the pump cover are well sealed, and no dirt enters the pump, it can be directly sent to the use site for installation

2。 The foundation plane for installing the pump shall be leveled with a level gauge. After the foundation cement is cured, install the pump on the foundation and calibrate the base with the level gauge. The concentricity of pump shaft and motor shaft should be strictly checked. The allowable deviation of the outer ring of the coupling is 0.1mm, and the difference between the maximum clearance and the minimum clearance around the end clearance of the two couplings shall not exceed 0.3mm

3。 The suction pipe and discharge pipe of the pump shall be equipped with supports, and the weight of the pipe is not allowed to be directly borne by the pump. Check whether the pipeline, instrument and other interfaces are well sealed.
