1、坚持设备清洁、枯燥、无油污、不泄露。
2、每日检查轴承箱内油位能否适宜，正确的油位是在油窗中间刻度线左近，不得超越±2mm。
3、经常检查泵运转能否声音异常，振动及泄露状况，发现问题及时处置。
4、严禁泵在抽空状态下运转，因泵在抽空状态下运转不但振动猛烈，而且还会影响泵的寿命。
5、泵内严禁进入金属物体和超越泵允许经过的大块固体，且严禁进入胶皮、棉丝、塑料布之类柔性物质，以免毁坏过流部件及梗塞叶轮番道，使泵不能正常工作。
6、定期检测轴封水泄露量，当走漏量加大时，应调整填料压盖的螺栓，需求改换填料时要及时改换。
7、必需定期调整叶轮与蜗壳前壁的间隙，使其坚持在0.75-1.50mm之间。
8、经常检测轴承，温度最高不超越70℃.
9.、新泵运转7-10天后，彻底改换光滑油一次，以后试运用状况1-2月改换一次。
10、拖停机时间较长，再次启动前应运用反冲水洗泵内堆积物前方可启动。

5. It is strictly prohibited to enter metal objects and large solids that exceed the allowable passage of the pump, and it is strictly prohibited to enter flexible substances such as rubber, cotton yarn and plastic cloth, so as to avoid damaging the flow passage parts and blocking the impeller passage, so that the pump can not work normally.
6. Regularly check the leakage of shaft seal water. When the leakage increases, adjust the bolts of packing gland. If the packing needs to be changed, it should be changed in time.
7. It is necessary to regularly adjust the clearance between the impeller and the front wall of the volute to keep it between 0.75-1.50mm.
8. Check the bearing frequently, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃
9. after 7-10 days of operation of the new pump, the smooth oil shall be completely replaced once, and the test run condition in the future shall be replaced once every 1-2 months.
10. The dragging and stopping time is long, and the pump can be started in front of the accumulated material in the pump by backwashing water before it is started again.
