 渣浆泵材质有哪些,如何选择耐磨还是耐腐?渣浆泵的材质依照业内常见说法分别有金属材质和橡胶材质两种,金属和橡胶材质又可分为很多品种,根据工况条件的不同要选择不同的渣浆泵材质,常见的金属材质是A05,橡胶材质是R55。

金属类:A05、A07、A33、A49、Cr30、304不锈钢、316不锈钢、双相不锈钢
 
橡胶类:R55、三元乙丙橡胶、海帕伦、
 
树脂类:聚氨酯、聚醚酯
 
以上这几类就是渣浆泵经常用到的各种材质,其中A05、A49、R55应用最为普遍。
 
渣浆泵的特性决议了渣浆泵材质的选择,渣浆泵是保送含有固体颗粒物的浆体的一种离心式泵,应为保送的不是地道的液体,所以普通请求必需具有较好的耐磨性。
 
所以以上渣浆泵材质第一属性应该是耐磨。
 
但是在很多特殊工况下我们不得不放弃一定的耐磨性,牺牲耐磨特性。

5、酸碱性强磨蚀性低温度不过高的浆体:选择不锈钢材质;

In many cases, the slurry we transport contains not only solid particles, but also corrosive characteristics
When selecting the material of slurry pump, it must be determined according to the characteristics of conveying slurry. The expensive one is not necessarily good, but the suitable one is good
For example, we take stainless steel to transport slurry with strong abrasiveness, which is very wasteful and the effect is very poor;
It is also undesirable for us to use A05 slurry pump to transport highly corrosive slurry.
For example, nitrate, sulfuric acid and strong alkali pastes are very corrosive, generally between ph0-3 and ph12-14
Because the corrosion resistance of materials with good wear resistance is not necessarily good, at this time, we must give up A05 and R55 materials and choose A49, cr30, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, EPDM and hepalon materials with better corrosion resistance. The price of these materials is generally 1-3 times higher than that of ordinary materials, or even more.
How to choose the material of slurry pump
1. Slurry with small acidity and alkali and sharp angular particles: A05 and A07, which are common in metal mines and coal washing. The main application models of slurry pump are ZJ slurry pump, ah slurry pump and ZGB slurry pump;
2. Slurry without sharp corners of particles with small acidity and alkalinity: R55 rubber material, common in metal mines and coal washing, mainly used in slurry pump model: ah slurry pump;
3. Slurry with high acidity and alkalinity and more particles and strong corrosivity: A49 and cr30, which are common in power plant desulfurization industry;
4. Slurry with strong acidity and alkalinity, low temperature and certain abrasiveness: EPDM rubber and haparene rubber are selected, and nitrate transportation is common;
5. Slurry with strong acidity and alkali, low abrasiveness and low temperature: stainless steel;
The material selection of slurry pump is based on the principle of high cost performance and suitability!
