1. Ensure that the direction of the pointer is consistent before starting

Before starting the slurry pump, make sure that the direction of the pump shaft is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the pump housing. During the test run, the motor must be completely separated from the pump, and it is strictly prohibited to drive the pump shaft to rotate in reverse, so as to avoid damage to parts.

2. Pump with packing seal

Before start-up, be sure to add packing as required to ensure the supply of shaft sealing water. It is not allowed to operate without water, and it is strictly prohibited to start without oil, so as to ensure that the bearing will not be burned.

3. Accurate installation of all parts

The connection between various parts shall be fixed to ensure no looseness. All safety devices and instruments shall be accurate, sensitive and reliable. Check and pay attention to turning before driving to ensure flexibility and no abnormalities.

4. Ensure that the impeller clearance is reasonable

When rotating the shaft according to the pump rotation direction, the shaft shall drive the impeller to rotate without friction.
