液下渣浆泵的操作要领-储泥池排污泵

  液下渣浆泵具有节能、振动小、噪音低、运转牢靠、运用寿命长、维修便当等特性。泵体泵盖与过流部件:为液下泵的一种,泵壳为双层壳体构造。外层为金属泵壳(前泵壳、后泵壳),其资料通常为HT200 或 QT500 — 7 ,内层壳体可用高铬合金铸铁制做(包括护套、前护板、后护板),或用橡胶制(包括前护套,后护套)。轴承采用油脂光滑。依据渣浆池液面的上下,可选择不同长度的泵传动轴或吸入管。在池水深度有较高请求下,能够采用定制加长轴。不需求任何轴封和轴封水,在吸入量缺乏的工况下也能正常工作。该系列渣浆泵主要用来处置含有固体颗粒的腐蚀性浆体。该系列泵处置浆体的重量浓度为:灰浆50%,矿浆60%。液下渣浆泵是主要适用于电力、冶金、煤炭、建材、化工等工业行业处置含有固体颗粒的腐蚀性浆液的新一代节能型单级、单吸、立式离心式渣浆泵。

  液下渣浆泵由于其称号自身的局限性使得一些非本行业的人对此产生误解,在应用过程中,一定要留意合理的设计,正确的计算,适宜的选型,这几点十分重要。
  1、启运前应展开泵进口阀,关闭泵出口阀。然后启动泵,泵启动后再渐渐开动泵出口阀,泵出口阀开大小与快慢,应以泵不振动和电机不超额定电流来控制。
  2、串联用泵启动,亦遵照上述办法。开启一级泵后,即可将末级泵出口阀门找开一点(开大小以一级泵电机电流为额定电流1/4为宜),然后即可相继启动二级三级直到末级泵,串联泵全部启动后,即可逐步开大末级泵出口阀门,阀门开大小快慢,应以泵不振动和任一级泵电机都不超额定电流来控制。
  3、液下渣浆泵主要以保送流量为目,运转监控系统中装上流量表(计),以随时监控流量能否契合请求;装有旋流器管路系统、冲渣系统、压滤脱水系统中还请求管路出口处有一定压力。这种系统中还应装上压力表以监控压力能否契合请求。
  4、运转中除监控流量、压力外,还要监控电机不要超越电机额定电流。随时监视油封、轴承等能否发作导常现象,泵能否发作抽空或溢池等,并随时处置。
  5、泵的液下深度≤2000mm,泵经过弹性联轴器与电动机衔接,从原动机方向看液下渣浆泵为顺时针方向旋转。

This series of slurry pumps are mainly used to dispose of corrosive slurry containing solid particles. The weight concentration of Slurry Treated by this series of pumps is 50% of mortar and 60% of ore slurry. Submerged slurry pump is a new generation of energy-saving single-stage, single suction and vertical centrifugal slurry pump, which is mainly suitable for the disposal of corrosive slurry containing solid particles in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical and other industrial industries.
Due to the limitations of its title, some people not in the industry misunderstand it. In the application process, we must pay attention to reasonable design, correct calculation and appropriate selection, which are very important.
1. Before shipment, expand the pump inlet valve and close the pump outlet valve. Then start the pump. After the pump is started, gradually start the pump outlet valve. The opening size and speed of the pump outlet valve shall be controlled by the fact that the pump does not vibrate and the motor does not exceed the rated current.
2. The above method shall also be followed when the series pump is started. After the first stage pump is started, the outlet valve of the last stage pump can be opened a little (the opening size should be based on the motor current of the first stage pump as 1 / 4 of the rated current), and then the second and third stages can be started successively until the last stage pump. After all the series pumps are started, the outlet valve of the last stage pump can be gradually opened. The speed of opening the valve should be controlled by the fact that the pump does not vibrate and the motor of any stage does not exceed the rated current.
3. The submerged slurry pump mainly aims at the guaranteed flow, and a flow meter (meter) is installed in the operation monitoring system to monitor whether the flow can meet the requirements at any time; A certain pressure is required at the outlet of the pipeline in the pipeline system equipped with cyclone, slag flushing system and pressure filtration dehydration system. A pressure gauge shall also be installed in this system to monitor whether the pressure meets the requirements.
4. In addition to monitoring the flow and pressure during operation, monitor the motor and do not exceed the rated current of the motor. Monitor whether the oil seal, bearing, etc. can have abnormal phenomenon, whether the pump can have evacuation or overflow, etc. at any time, and handle it at any time.
5. The submerged depth of the pump is ≤ 2000mm, the pump is connected with the motor through the elastic coupling, and the submerged slurry pump rotates clockwise from the direction of the prime mover.
