1.灌泵。启动前先使泵腔内灌满液体，将空气、液化气、蒸汽从吸入管和泵体内排出必需防止空运转，同时翻开吸入阀，关闭排液阀和各个排液孔。
2.翻开轴承冷却水给水阀门。
3.填料函若带有水夹套，则翻开填料函冷却水给水阀门。
4.若泵上装有液封安装，应翻开液封系统的阀门。
5.如保送高温液体时泵没有到达工作温度，应翻开预热阀，待泵预热后再关闭此阀。
6. 若带有过热安装，应翻开自循环系统的旁通阀。
7.启动电动机。
8.逐步翻开排液阀。
9.潜水渣浆泵流量进步后，如已不可能呈现过热时即可关闭自循环系统的阀门。
10.假如泵请求必需在单向阀关闭而排出口闸阀翻开的状况下启动，则启动步骤与上述办法根本相同，只是在电动机启动前，排出口闸阀要翻开一段时间。

10. If the pump needs to be started when the check valve is closed and the discharge gate valve is opened, the starting steps are basically the same as the above methods, except that the discharge gate valve should be opened for a period of time before the motor is started.
