在中开泵的维护中，我们需求将其拆卸。只需拆开泵盖，不用拆卸进出水管路，就能撤除整个转子部件。详细的拆卸办法如下：
1.关闭进出口阀门，翻开放水螺塞和放气螺塞，将水和气体排出；
2.松开并压出填料盖；
3.松开中开泵泵联轴器与电机联轴器之间的紧固件；
4.松开轴承体和泵体之间的衔接螺栓，拆下转子部件；
5.拆下中开泵泵联轴器和轴承压盖；
6.开泵盖与泵体之间的衔接螺栓， 拿掉泵盖；
7.松开螺母，从中开泵轴上压出轴承体、轴承体包括轴承，确保压力平均，不要用榔头，否则会损坏轴承；
8.拆下填料、填料环和衬套，松开轴套螺母，拆下轴套。叶轮和轴之间是间隙配合，所以叶轮能比拟容易的拆下。假如拆不下用木榔头敲打轮毂。

1. Close the inlet and outlet valves, open the drain plug and vent plug, and discharge the water and gas;
2. Loosen and press out the packing cover;
3. Loosen the fasteners between the pump coupling and the motor coupling;
4. Loosen the connecting bolts between the bearing body and the pump body, and remove the rotor parts;
5. Remove the coupling and bearing gland of axially split pump;
6. Open the connecting bolts between the pump cover and the pump body, and remove the pump cover;
7. Loosen the nut, press out the bearing body, including the bearing body, from the middle pump shaft to ensure the average pressure, do not use a hammer, otherwise the bearing will be damaged;
8. Remove the packing, packing ring and bushing, loosen the shaft sleeve nut and remove the shaft sleeve. Impeller and shaft are clearance fit, so impeller can be easily removed. If you can't remove it, hit the hub with a wooden hammer.
